Draft medical Authorizations Draft correspondence to client's for signatures Preparation of Spreadsheet to track what records/bills have or have not been received. I will provide professional style medical summaries of your client's medical records and billing statements. I will prepare a medical chronology as well. I will take all medical records and billing statements, then perform a through review of the records, to match the billing dates of service, research for pre-existing problems, and outline the information pertinent to the case. I will then prepare and put the information into professional documents for the purposes of litigation.
